The Mexican Moment operates on a monthly subscription model. Our general refund policy is as follows: • No refunds are provided for partial months of service • Memberships can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period • Access to member benefits continues until the end of the paid period • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle
To cancel your membership: • Log in to your account dashboard • Navigate to "Account Settings" or "Membership" • Click "Cancel Membership" • Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation • You will receive a confirmation email Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including: • Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period • Duplicate charges or billing errors • Unauthorized charges to your account • Service not delivered as described To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of the charge with details of the issue.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again • Multiple failed payments may result in temporary suspension of membership benefits • You will be notified via email before any suspension occurs • No refunds are provided for periods when your account was suspended due to failed payments • You can update your payment method at any time in your account settings
• You can upgrade your membership tier at any time • Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged the difference prorated for the remainder of the billing period • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period • No refunds are provided when downgrading membership tiers
If a refund is approved: • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days • The refund will be issued to the original payment method • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer: • Your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution • We encourage you to contact us directly first to resolve any billing issues • Chargebacks may result in permanent account termination • You may be held responsible for chargeback fees and legal costs
The following are non-refundable: • Event tickets or registrations (unless the event is canceled by us) • Special promotional offers or discounted memberships • Services already rendered or content already accessed • Membership fees for months where you actively used the service
To request a refund or discuss billing issues: • Email us through our website contact form • Include your account email, membership details, and reason for the refund request • Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots • We will respond within 3-5 business days Please note that submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
